Description:		Aloe Vera Gel Filets cut into "chunks" and hot 
			packed in natural Aloe Vera juice suitable for 
			healthy and value added beverage preparations
			where Aloe Vera gel texture and flavor is desired.


Raw Material:	 	Aloe barbadensis Miller (Aloe Vera Linne), 
			grown & processed in the Dominican Republic


Process:		Mature Aloe Vera leaves are harvested by hand.
			The inner gel in the leaf is removed by a hand-
			fileting process. The gel filets are chopped into 
			chunks and pasteurized. The pasteurized chunks
			in their natural juice are "Hot Packed" into 
			sterilized plastic pails and seald.

PHYSICAL
Appearance:		Translucent "fish-like" fillet chunks packed in 
			their own juice. White/yellow to slightly reddish
			brown in color.
Odor:			Characteristic aloe-vegetable
Product pH value:	4.0-5.0
Preservatives:		0.06% Sodium Benzoate
			0.1% Potassium Sorbate
			0.1% Calcium Chloride
Arsenic:		Less than 0.3 mg/kg as As2O3
Heavy Metals:		Less than 10 mg/kg as lead

MICROBIOLOGICAL
Total Plate Count:	Less than 500 cfu/ml
Coliform Goup:		Negative


NOTE:	The entire contents of each Aloe Vera Gel Filet 
	Chunks container should be used immediatly after opening.
