Description:		Twenty-Fold (20 X) Aloe Vera spray dried powder 
			concentrate suitable for food, beverage and 
			pharmaceutical preparations. 
			

Raw Material:	 	Aloe barbadensis Miller (Aloe Vera Linne), 
			grown & processed in the Dominican Republic


Process:		Mature Aloe Vera leaves are harvested by hand.
			The inner gel in the leaf is removed by a hand-
			fileting process. The gel filets are ground, 
			filtered, and concentrated under vacuum to a level
			of 5% solids. The concentrate is pasteurized and 
			appropriate stabilizing agents are added before 
			spray drying onto a maltodextrin matrix.

Appearance:		White to yellowish powder
Odor/Flavor:		It has a native vegetable odor and flavor with no 
			off flavors
Percent moisture: 	Less than 10%
Aloe Vera Gel Solids:	10% by weight
Arsenic:		Less than 1.5 mg/kg as As2O3
Heavy Metals:		Less than 10 mg/kg as lead

MICROBIOLOGICAL
Total Plate Count:	Less than 2,500 cfu/ml
Coliform Goup:		Negative
