Commodity:	Unfiltered, Ground Gel Filets (Aloe Vera Juice
		with Pulp)

Description:	Aloe Vera Gel Filets are ground and packed in natural Aloe
		Vera Juice suitable for healthy and value added beverage
		preparations where Aloe Vera Gel texture and flavor is 
		desired. 

Raw Material:	Aloe barbadensis Miller (Aloe Vera Linne), grown & processed 
		in Thailand


Process:	Mature Aloe Vera leaves are harvested by hand.
		The inner gel in the leaf is removed by machine and 
		hand-fileting processes. The gel filets are ground 
		and pasteurized, then packed into sealed bags. 
		

Packaging:	200 kg. metal drums with aseptic multi-wall bags inserted
		(Aseptic Pack) and non-aseptic, hot-packed juice
		in sealed polyethylene bags inserted into metal
		drums (200 kg.) or plastic pails (20 kg.)

PHYSICAL
Appearance:	Translucent, white to slightly yellow liquid w/noticable 
		fiber (pulp)
Odor:		Characteristic Aloe-vegetable

Total Solid:	0.5 - 0.7%

pH Value: 	3.5 - 5.5 (range can be adjusted to customer requirements)
Arsenic:	Less than 0.3 mg/kg as As2O3
Heavy Metals:	Less than 10 mg/kg as lead

MICROBIOLOGICAL
Total Plate Count:	Less than 3,000 cfu/ml
Coliform Goup:		Not detected
Salmonella:		Not detected
Yeast & Mold:		Less than 50 cfu/ml
